Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and over 9 years of experience caring for individuals through every stage of health and healing. Throughout my nursing career, I have seen firsthand how stress, chronic illness, inflammation, and burnout impact not only the body, but every part of a woman’s life.
That experience inspired me to create Calm Body Collective — a space dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies, reduce overwhelm, and begin healing from the inside out.
My coaching approach combines medical knowledge, compassionate support, and practical lifestyle strategies to help women better understand the connection between stress, inflammation, nervous system regulation, and chronic disease. I believe healing is not about perfection — it’s about creating sustainable habits, restoring balance, and learning to care for yourself with intention and grace.
